Roscrea Community Choir Concert For Charity

ROSCREA Community Choir present 'Show A Little Kindness' Concert in St Cronan's Church on Abbey St on Sunday November 13th at 7p.m. in aid of Midland Simon Community for the homeless and Plan International who work with refugees, especially girls.
RT sports commentator, Ger Canning, will act as MC for the night and tickets are now on sale in Pattersons on Main St. They will also be available on Friday November 4th and Saturday November 5th in Roscrea Credit Union, and the following weekend in Bernies and the Credit Union.
On the night of the concert, a high-ranking officer from The Irish Navy, recently returned from rescue missions in the Mediterranean, will tell us about his experience.
Performers include Orla Fallon from the internationally successful group Celtic Woman and Simon Casey of You're a Star with singer Paul Skelton. Colm Brussels, musician, composer and arranger, will accompany singer Yvonne O'Toole and present some beautiful arrangements with harps.
They have local group Passing Through, traditional music and dance, the Sacred Heart Children's Choir, storyteller Noel Joyce and singer Breffni Fitzpatrick. It will be a wonderful night of entertainment.
