Banagher St Patrick's Day parade marking tenth anniversary

Thursday, 15 March 2018

THIS SUNDAY March 18 marks the 10th anniversary of the St Patrick's Day Parade in Banagher. Entry is free and all floats welcome. Registration starts from 2pm.
Entertainment is kicking off on stage at 2pm and the parade commences at 3pm with live music on stage afterwards.
The Parade committee is expecting a very large turnout, including four different vintage clubs and circus performers.
"Our mascot this year," said Louise Mannion of the organising committee, "will be the one and only 'Marmalade the famous chicken'!
"Our aim is to promote the town of Banagher and honour the last parade committee for all their work over the last 10 years. It's going to be a great family fun day out for all, not to be missed."
