Date set for North Tipperary semi finals

The semi finals of the Hibernian Inn North Tipperary Senior Hurling Championship are planned for Friday July 27t. Last year's runners up, Nenagh Eire Og will play Kiladangan and Toomevara take on Kilruane MacDonaghs
The details are as follows: Dolla 7.15pm, Kilruane MacDonaghs v Toomevara; Templederry 7.15pm, Kiladangan v Nenagh Éire Óg (E.T. if necessary in both games)
Watch Centre North Tipperary Junior A Hurling Championship
The Watch Centre North Tipperary Junior Hurling Championship is beginning to hot up as four/five rounds have been played. Burgess maintain their unbeaten run after their 0-19 to 0-16 win over Borris-Ileigh. The same evening Roscrea defeated Kilruane MacDonaghs 4-15 to 1-16.
With four teams qualifying for the semi finals there is a lot to play for. This coming weekend will see Borris-Ileigh face Kilruane MacDonaghs at Toomevara on Friday evening, throw in 8pm. Knockshegowna will face Roscrea the same evening. On Sunday July 15, Nenagh Eire Og take on Toomevara.

Holders Roscrea met a stiff test when losing to Kiladangan 6-12 to 2-13 at Toomevara. Meanwhile Puckane was venue for the Toomevara v Lorrha/Rovers game which saw Lorrha Rovers win by 2-17 to 1-16. The Ballina v Borris-Ileigh game at Dolla did not take place.
Nenagh Eire Og had a bye but will return to the action for Round 3 this Wednesday when facing Lorrha Rovers at Puckane. On Thursday July 12, Kiladangan will battle with Ballina at Shallee and Borris-Ileigh take on Toomevara.
Kiladangan received a bye in the opening round which was played on April 12th and it resulted in wins for Roscrea over Borris-Ileigh; Lorrha Rovers Gaels over Ballina and Toomevara over Nenagh Eire Og
Ger Gavin North Minor B Hurling Championship
Group 1 Round 2
Last week's games resulted in wins for Clonakenny/Moneygall over Newport. Group leaders Silvermines defeated Portroe by two points.
Results: Silvermines 1-19 Portroe 1-17, Clonakenny/Moneygall 3-15 Newport 1-17.
Round 3 games will be played on July 12 when Portroe face Clonakenny/Moneygall and Silvermines take on Newport.
Group 2 Round 2
Kilruane 1-18 Burgess 1-18.
Ballinahinch/Templederry v Borrisokane July 14.
The league tables sees Ballinahinch/Templederry and Kilruane with two points each. Borrisokane and Burgess have one point each.
Round 3: July 12: Kilruane MacDonaghs v Ballinahinch/Templederry, July 12: Burgess v Borrisokane .
