Juvenile Training
Juvenile training continues this week in Ballyskenach hurling field at 6.30pm on Monday and Wednesday. Cross country season is fast approaching so itÝs important to make training every week. Looking forward to seeing everyone there.

Senior Training
Senior training continues in Ballyskenach hurling field at 7.40pm on Monday and Wednesday. Looking forward to seeing everyone there. Bring plenty of water.

Couch To 5k
Our new couch to 5k programme began on Monday. ItÝs not too late to join. Training is every Monday and Wednesday at 7.30pm in Ballyskenach GAA field. Annual membership is ─18 and ─2 is payable each night. Guaranteed to get you fit and active. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Well Done
Well done and congratulations to all our athletes who ran in the Moycarkey Coolcroo 5k/10k last week.
Well done to all who ran in the Drumcullen 6km last week.

Fun Day On September 8
Members and non members are welcome to attend our fun day on September 8 at 3.30pm. The events on the day include Ballyskenach Athletic Club's fittest family, sack races, egg and spoon races, to name just a few and a bbq to finish the evening. Guaranteed to be a great evening. Looking forward to seeing everyone on the day.
