Lusmagh Players present ‘Betwixt and Between’, a three act comedy written by M.J. Ginnelly and directed by Liam Broderick, in Lusmagh Hall on January 17, 19 and 19 next at 8pm.
The play ‘Betwixt and Between’, written by Michael J. Ginnelly, is centred on a family who have just won the lotto. The father, Tom, is faced with a dilemma. Does he persuade his wife Mary, and his children Sean and Joan to keep everything quiet or does he tell the whole countryside? If he tells everyone, will he be plagued by beggars calling to the door? How does he deal with his daughters fiancé Zac and his nosy neighbours Flora and Liam? What will he do when the local Garda inspector wants a word? He is in a dilemma trying to make up his mind – he is ‘Betwixt and Between’.
Lusmagh Players present this light hearted affair compared with last year’s pageant which related the trial and death of Michael Larkin, one of the Manchester Martyrs.
Liam Broderick is in the Director’s chair again for this play. All are welcome to come for a good night out.
